My research aims to elucidate the genetic and epigenetic factors in cancer and to define the precise molecular and cellular events in cancer initiation and progression. The professional interests in my lab is: RNA modification editing, CAR-T cell therapy and screening of small molecule drugs to promote tumor cell immunotherapy. The translational objective of my research is to develop first-in-class cell therapy and cancer immunotherapeutic agents.
