Then, Prof. WENG Xuchu stressed in his speech that we grade 2020 students should first learn to grasp opportunities and face challenges. At the same time, he introduced to the students the development of the IBRR and the progress of scientific research. He said that the IBRR is a very unique academy: it was established for a short period of time, the average age of instructors is the youngest, the academic level is high, the energy is high, and it has a very rich experience in scientific research. He taught the students to keep learning new knowledge, and as a member of the IBRR, the students should make full use of the learning platform provided by the Academy, actively collaborate with others, and establish high-level interdisciplinary research awareness, so as to lay a good foundation for their future scientific research path.
